Pension Pension scheme. The Chancery Division had previously given judgments concerning the first claimant's breaches of contract and duty of good faith (see ), and the appropriate remedies (see ). The present judgment dealt with the need for a further decision to be made to adopt a new early retirement policy and a need for notice to be given of that new policy before it was implemented.
