Stephen is a Legal Director and has acted for a range of corporate borrowers, banks and other financial institutions on banking and finance transactions, including, project finance, property and development finance, acquisition finance and bilateral and syndicated loan documentation. He specialises in derivatives and has advised on and negotiated derivative contracts for corporate borrowers and pension trustees with a range of institutional counterparties ' in relation to both mainstream derivative transactions, such as interest rate swaps, foreign exchange transactions and repos, and, in 2009, on a number of ground-breaking longevity hedging trades. He has also reviewed and negotiated the derivatives aspects of investment management agreements for a number of pension trustees.
