Valériane Oreamuno

Trained in France, Mrs Oreamuno worked as a Legal Counsel for the trade office of the French Embassy in Mexico before completing her bar qualification and joining a major Swiss law firm specialized in international arbitration in 2010. She was part of the international arbitration team, working on both investment and commercial arbitration cases for over 5 years. She worked on disputes conducted under various applicable laws and administered under various arbitration rules. She joined the Swiss Chambers’ Arbitration Institution (SCAI) in 2016, where she was in charge of the Geneva office of the institution and was named national technical supervisor for the three offices of the Secretariat of the Court of SCAI. Mrs Oreamuno made a career move in early 2019 to join an alternative legal provider, in Switzerland, as a Program Coordinator. She now heads a team of legal researchers spread across five jurisdictions.
