Shahram has a specialism in personal injury law and contractual disputes. He also undertakes residential landlord and tenant, contractual and general commercial disputes and police related work.
Shahram is regularly instructed in all areas of Personal Injury law including employers’ liability, public liability, road traffic accidents and Fatal Accident Act claims. He has a special interest in accidents at work, highway maintenance cases and low velocity impact claims. He also attends inquest hearings in the Coroner’s Court and the High Court to restore companies to the register. Shahram is happy to work under conditional fee agreements where appropriate.
He is also regularly instructed by a number of Police Forces in relation to Anti-Social Behaviour Orders, Sexual Offences Prevention Orders, Closure Orders and Football Banning Orders. In addition to this and given his Common Law expertise Shahram is instructed to appear in the Criminal and Family Courts where he has represented various interested parties in PII applications, disclosure requests and concurrent legal proceedings.
Shahram is regularly instructed by High Court Enforcement Officers in relation to disputes relating to the execution of the Writs of FiFa against goods and the enforcement process generally.
