Rosemary Ioannou

As Senior Counsel at Vannin Capital, Rosemary is a key advisor to law firms, barristers and their clients, assisting them with funding solutions for all types of high value commercial litigation and arbitration, both in the UK and globally.

Before joining Vannin, Rosemary was a Senior Associate in the litigation department at Allen & Overy LLP in London. While at Allen & Overy, Rosemary spent time on secondment at the Court of Appeal as Judicial Assistant to Lord Justice Dyson (now Lord Dyson) and at TUI Travel Plc.

In private practice, Rosemary assisted clients in a wide range of corporate and financial disputes, acting for large corporations, banks and other financial institutions. She has extensive experience in managing complex cross jurisdictional disputes and advising clients in relation to the range of issues that arise in connection with them including jurisdiction challenges, questions of governing law, disclosure and costs.

Rosemary has particular expertise in disputes involving breaches of competition law, acting for clients both as claimant and defendant, as well as acting for clients in associated regulatory investigations.
