Managing Associate


Rhiannon works at Government Legal Department as part of the Commercial Law Team within DWP. Previously she was a Managing Associate in the Projects and Procurement Team at Bond Dickinson LLP and specialised in public procurement law. She has considerable expertise in advising contracting authorities, utilities and bidders (both public and private sector) on all procurement related issues, in both contentious and transactional contexts. Rhiannon also specialises in freedom of information law.

Rhiannon brings unique experience from her time as an in-house lawyer with Treasury Solicitors, from 2008 to 2012, where she advised the Efficiency and Reform Group within Cabinet Office and Buying Solutions (now the Crown Commercial Service) on procurement policy, numerous high profile and complex procurement projects and freedom of information.

Rhiannon has produced and delivered a variety of lectures and training to her clients and peers and she is a member of the Procurement Lawyers Association.
