Raimundas Moisejevas (PhD), a senior associate, specialises in competition, regulatory matters, dispute resolution and commercial law. Raimundas has been practising law since 2003. Raimundas Moisejevas advises and represents Lithuanian and international clients in local and international competition law issues such as merger control, dominance, vertical restraints and cartel issues. In addition, Raimundas provided comments on the Lithuanian Competition Law project. His knowledge has been deepened at universities in Lithuania, Germany, the USA, Switzerland, Italy, Denmark, France, and Iceland, as well as at competition law judicial training centres. His knowledge is highly valued by the business community and his comments are respected in this specific area of law development in Lithuania. Raimundas is also an acknowledged competition law academician in Lithuania. His PhD dissertation “Predatory pricing as a form of abuse of dominant position in EU competition law” was selected from among the five best dissertations in the field of social and humanitarian sciences defended in 2009 for a diploma award recognising this achievement presented by the President of the Republic of Lithuania. Raimundas is an associate professor at Mykolas Romeris Univerisity, giving lectures on competition law and regularly publishing scholarly articles on competition law issues. He is ranked and recommended by Legal 500.
Raimundas contributes to a number of Lithuanian and international publications including the Bulletin issued by the Institute of Competition Law.
