Philip Broke

Philip Broke is a Partner in White & Case's M&A and Corporate Practice in the Firm's London office. He concentrates on mergers and acquisitions and equity capital markets and he has extensive experience in public mergers and acquisitions, including advising on several of the UK's largest public M&A deals of recent years. Philip joined White & Case in 2006.
