Matthew Shaxson
Matthew is a partner in Ogier's Jersey corporate team and regularly advises on the corporate and regulatory aspects of mergers and acquisitions in the financial services sector. He has extensive experience of sales and acquisitions by tender and also running and managing multi-jurisdictional transactions.
In addition, Matthew leads Ogier's non-contentious regulatory practice, covering financial services, AML and competition law.
