Mark has been part of BDO's Venture Capital Taxes team for 9 years, and has helped many clients seek SEIS, EIS and VCT funding.

Clients range from SEIS start ups to companies undertaking AIM IPOs, across all business sectors. As well as working directly for EIS investee companies, Mark advises a number of SEIS/EIS fund managers and individuals investing through the venture capital taxes schemes.
