Laurence Page

Laurence has a busy and broad-based commercial practice, with particular emphasis on professional liability work, construction litigation, and commercial dispute resolution. He enjoys acting as sole counsel or as a junior as part of a large team. Between 2011 and 2013 Laurence was an employed barrister at a leading city law firm working within their London Markets team. Through this and his rapidly established private practice, he has a wealth of experience in high-value and complex actions brought against solicitors, surveyors, independent financial advisors, accountants, actuaries, insurance brokers, and architects. His quantitative economics background is a particular asset in cases requiring detailed knowledge of financial products and complex accounting issues. Laurence is a contributing author to Insurance Broking Practice and the Law (ed. CMS Cameron McKenna) and a member of PNBA and TECBAR. In 2010 Laurence spent three months in New Orleans, USA, assisting the Capitol Post-Conviction Project of Louisiana in the defence of individuals on death row.
