Kirsty McBirnie

Kirsty has a wide range of banking experience, including advising both lenders and borrowers in relation to debt finance, restructurings, syndicated lending, acquisition finance and real estate finance. She also regularly advises on Scottish aspects of complex cross border and international secured lending transactions and the provision of legal opinions in relation to such matters. Year Qualified: 2001 (Scotland) and 2008 (England and Wales)
