Kallaya Laohaganniyom

Kallaya Laohaganniyom is a senior associate with extensive experience in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, incorporation, general practice and employment. She is experienced in advising on projects involving the establishment and development of infrastructure and is particularly active in advising Japanese companies on joint venture projects, foreign investment, real estate, industry, corporate issues, reorganisations, and mergers and acquisition transactions in Thailand.
