Janna is a dispute resolution lawyer with a Masters in Construction Law and International Dispute Resolution. During her time in private practice at both Herbert Smith and Dentons she worked on complex international disputes, both litigation and LMAA arbitrations, dealing with cases involving technical cross-border issues.

Within Lexis®PSL, Janna deals primarily with cross-border issues (particularly conflict of laws, service, cross-border mediation and cross-border enforcement). She is an active member of the internal Brexit working group and heads up the work on dealing with the implications of Brexit for dispute resolution practitioners. Janna is also part of the LexisNexis® costs team which addresses costs issues facing the profession.
