Janet is a qualified Costs Lawyer and has worked in the costs industry since 1997. After 17 years at a Nationwide firm she set up Synergy Costs Ltd in 2014. Janet has a wealth of experience in drafting bills and negotiating settlements for both Claimant and Defendant Solicitors and deals with all aspects of the costs recovery process in personal injury litigation. Special interests include clinical negligence, serious and catastrophic injuries, industrial disease and employers liability claims. Janet has considerable experience with high value complex civil litigation and is also regularly instructed to attend Costs Management Conferences and Detailed Assessment Hearings.
