Irina Tymczyszyn is an English-qualified solicitor with considerable experience in multijurisdictional cross-border disputes. She advises major international clients primarily in the area of disputes relating to shareholders' and investment agreements, construction agreements, agreements relating to oil and gas industries and fraud. Furthermore, she advises on risk and compliance issues in relation to Eastern Europe (and Ukraine-related sanctions). Irina received her first appointment as arbitrator in 2007 and to date has sat as an arbitrator in a number of international commercial arbitrations. She is a regular speaker on English contract law and international arbitration issues at specialist law seminars in the former Soviet Union, lecturing in Ukrainian and Russian.
