Hamed Afzal is an associate in Skadden's London office, focusing on debt and equity capital markets and structured finance transactions. He joined the firm in February 2012, having previously spent 4 years working in a leading international law firm based primarily in London (although he also spent time in the firm’s Dubai and Bahrain offices). He also completed a secondment to the agency and trust division of Citibank in London, where he worked on restructurings, defaults and general post-closure issues relating to a wide range of debt capital markets and structured finance transactions.
