Graeme Kirk

Graeme is a barrister specialising in property and commercial law, and is a tenant at Lamb Chambers in the Temple. He was called to the Bar in 2001. He considers that an effective commercial practice requires an equally effective knowledge of chancery, insolvency and employment law, all of which are areas in which he has extensive advisory and representative experience.

Graeme has taught Civil Litigation procedure on the Bar Practical Training Course.
