He has advised clients in the sport, life sciences and motor vehicle sectors on distribution and agency models, together with product liability and consumer warranty issues. He has also worked on a number of international franchising and licensing deals for well-known high street retailers, gaining valuable experience in drafting and negotiating contracts for deals in the emerging economies of the Middle East, Russia and India.
