Emma is a paralegal in the LexisPSL Environment and Construction teams. She was called to the Bar by the Inner Temple in 2015, and obtained her LLM in Environmental and Public Law with Distinction in 2014. Emma is a contributing author to the LexisNexis Purpose Built Blog, and is also responsible for editing content, maintaining LexisPSL Environment’s social media presence, and monitoring current awareness. She has a keen interest in administrative, environmental, planning, and energy law. Emma was previously a legal intern at ClientEarth working in EU Biodiversity Law, and has organised two Public Interest Environmental Law (PIEL) UK annual conferences.

Emma is a member of the UK Environmental Law Association (UKELA). She has written for UKELA’s online journal, ‘e-law’ and for the Environmentalist magazine’s monthly case update. Emma is also a legal volunteer with the Free Representation Unit
