Ed Bellamy
Ed is Counsel specializing in securitization and structured finance within the Banking and Finance practice group of Dentons in London.
He advises originators, arrangers, servicers, investors and other market participants with respect to public and private securitizations, warehouse financings, loan portfolio sales, regulatory capital transactions and restructurings (both of the underlying assets and of the transaction itself) covering a variety of asset classes, including residential mortgages, commercial mortgages, consumer loans, auto loans, NPLs, trade receivables and corporate loans.
Ed also has significant experience representing credit funds, banks, direct and alternative lenders and borrowers in commercial real estate finance transactions, across a range of financing structures including loan-on-loan, mezzanine and development facilities.
