Davide Petris

Davide assists Italian and foreign clients in litigation and arbitration matters. He has developed particular expertise in bankruptcy litigation, commercial contracts disputes in the fields of industrial and intellectual property, unfair competition and unfair commercial practices.

He is co-author of the Doing Business report “Enforcing Contracts” published by the World Bank and the International Finance Corporation.

He graduated in law from the Luigi Bocconi School of Economics in Milan in 2009 and in the same year he participated as the Bocconi University delegate IFCat “Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Court”, an international competition held in Vienna focused on arbitration.

In 2013 he attended the Columbia Summer Program in American Law at the Amsterdam University.

In 2015, he attended the Postgraduate Master program on “Commercial Contracts” at Il Sole 24 Ore Business School in Milan.

He is a member of the Milan Bar Association.
