David Foster

David is a manager in the competition practice, and has worked with Frontier Economics since 2005. He has wide range of experience in merger, market investigation and litigation work, and has particular expertise in managing large market investigation cases. Most recently he has worked before the OFT and Competition Commission in the UK, advising clients across a range of sectors, including Tesco, Live Nation and FirstGroup.

David is also active in Frontier's healthcare practice, having most recently advised the Department of Health on the introduction of competition policy in UK's National Health Service.
