Christopher Capuzzi is a capital markets associate based in Freshfields’ New York and London offices.
Christopher concentrates his practice on corporate finance transactions, including the representation of issuers, underwriters and selling security holders in domestic and international public and private debt (high-yield and investment grade), equity, convertible and preferred securities offerings, leveraged financings and related capital markets transactions. He has a particular focus on Latin American capital markets transactions and the representation of Latin American issuers. Christopher has extensive experience in connection with specialty finance capital markets transactions. He also represents private equity sponsors in connection with acquisition financings and their portfolio companies for ongoing financing matters.
He also advises clients on US securities law, corporate governance matters, periodic reporting and other general corporate matters.
Christopher is also a certified public accountant in the State of New York and, prior to law school, practiced at KPMG.
