Cameron Stocks
Cameron is a member of Hardwicke Chambers and specialises in Property, Social Housing and Probate matters. Cameron appears in the County Court in both applications and trials, the High Court and both the Property and Land Registration Chambers of the First Tier Tribunal.
Cameron’s property and social housing practice is split between both court and advisory work dealing with a range of property litigation including both commercial and residential landlord and tenant matters and other real property disputes.
In addition to this work, Cameron has also spent time seconded to a regional firm to assist in their property team working on a range of transactions including s106 planning agreements, options, rights of pre-emption and overages.
Away from chambers, Cameron very involved in FreeBar, an LGBT+ organisation established by Hardwicke along with other leading chambers which aims to promote diversity and inclusivity of LGBT+ members and staff at the Bar.
