Amin Hajji

Amin Hajji has been a university Professor of law since 1984 and has taught since 1996 at the Faculty of Law of the Hassan II University of Casablanca. He teaches business law, commercial international law, and international economic law for Masters and he teaches business law for L.LB. He wrote two PHD theses, one, in 1984, through a Postgraduate Doctorate at the faculty of law at Toulouse, on tourism agreements and the development of international tourism in Morocco; the second one, in 1994, through a State Doctorate at the faculty of law at Casablanca, on the financing of the acquisition of aircrafts in the Arab countries. Amin Hajji was admitted to the Casablanca Bar in 1994. He is the founding partner of Hajji & Associés where he has advised, since 1996, international clients in the fields of Energy, Financing, New Technologies, Mergers and Acquisitions, Commercial Litigation and International Arbitration. Amin Hajji is the founding member of the Moroccan Association of Business lawyers, an acting chairman of the ICC Morocco Commission on Law and Practice, and the founding member of Aerial, a community of African lawyers specialising in air finance law.
