Tax Consultant


Amanda Sullivan is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Taxation and a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. Formerly a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young and more recently an Expatriate Tax Director at BDO Stoy Hayward LLP, she is now a tax consultant who concentrates on writing and lecturing, with a particular emphasis on expatriate taxation. She is author of
Tolley’s Expatriate Tax Planning
and a regular contributor to Simon's Taxes.

Amanda Sullivan is a participant in the HMRC Expatriate Tax & NICs Forum, which involves her in HMRC’s latest practice and the resolution of grey areas in this specialist area. She reports on the Forum meetings in Tolley’s Practical Tax Newsletter.
