Aidan Campbell

Aidan Campbell is a partner in CMS's Financial Services & Products team. Aidan has over 18 years' experience of working with fund providers and distributors to deliver practical solutions and achieve ambitious goals and challenges, both in terms of product innovation and distribution, in a highly technical and complex area which is constantly evolving.

In particular Aidan advises on regulated fund launches, reorganisations, rationalisations as well as fund acquisitions and disposals by Investment Managers and Life Companies. Aidan has been involved in advising clients with numerous regulatory change events including implementation of:- the AIFMD; the UK protected cell regime; the various updates to the UCITS Directive and is currently assisting clients with the implementation of MiFID II.
