Journal of Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Law

Journal

The official journal of the Immigration Law Practitioners’ Association, this highly-regarded publication addresses the complex legal issues which arise when people leave a jurisdiction and look to settle in another. The journal provides an international perspective through informed articles written by highly regarded lawyers in an area where governments are often in open conflict with the judiciary on immigration issues, and complex human rights arguments frequently surface. The Case Notes and Comments section provides careful analysis of the issues which constantly face lawyers and those involved with immigration matters, such as applications for and the right to residence, appeals against deportation, and immigration detention. A refereed journal, published quarterly.
