This file contains Isle of Man Statutes, known as the Acts of Tynwald, as published by the Isle of Man Government. The file contains the full, amended text of all public general Acts that are currently in force.

Amendments made by new legislation are incorporated into the text of existing legislation. Acts that are still in force but have amended or repealed sections will include notes instructing the reader as to those changes.

A document is comprised of a section, schedule, preamble or pendlex found in an act. The heading of each document consists of the topic, sub-topic, act name, chapter (if applicable) and notes included in the original text, including the purpose of the act. The heading is followed by the date in which the act received royal assent, and the date passed.
