The Regulated Covered Bonds (RCB) Sourcebook lists requirements relating to regulated covered bonds and applies to issuers and owners in relation to that area.
The general purpose of the sourcebook is to set out the guidance, directions and rules made by the FSA under the RCB Regulations. Those regulations enable bonds to be issued which comply with Article 22(4) of the UCITS Directive. As such, this sourcebook should be read in conjunction with the RCB Regulations.
