Journal
This journal covers a broad spectrum of legal issues arising from telecoms, IT and media. Communications Law provides topical analysis and case reports on topics including defamation, privacy, regulation of the press, media competition, internet matters, copyright and other intellectual property areas, data protection and freedom of information, and policy and competition issues surrounding telecoms. National, EU and international developments are covered, and news coverage of recent events is provided. The journal is of interest to both academic and practising lawyers, and where appropriate academic submissions are refereed. Published quarterly.
