Published by the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators. This best practice guide was created by an ad hoc working party with a remit to establish and define best practice for the conduct of AGMs and the rights of shareholders in relation to them. It is aimed primarily at listed companies and large public companies whose shares are widely traded. However, many recommendations in the Guide will benefit smaller public companies and private companies.
