The following Divisions have been updated for this issue:

Division J Fertilisers and Feeding Stuffs EEC Materials
A number of (EU) regulations concerning the authorisation/removal of various preparations/substances for use as feed additives have been added to Division J and also created amendments to a number of existing feed additives.

The regulations are as follows:

Commission Regulation (EU) 2018/1869 (OJ L289; 08.11.2019)
amending and correcting Annex I to Directive 2002/32/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards maximum levels for certain undesirable substances in animal feed.

Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/1947 (OJ No L304; 26.11.2019)
concerning the authorisation of cassia gum as a feed additive for cats and dogs.

Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/1964 (OJ No L307; 28.11.2019)
concerning the authorisation L-lysine base, liquid, L-lysine monohydrochloride, liquid, L-lysine monohydrochloride, technically pure, and L-lysine sulphate as feed additives for all animal species.

Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/1965 (OJ No L307; 28.11.2019)
concerning the authorisation of sodium molybdate dihydrate as feed additive for sheep.

Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/1977 (OJ No L308; 29.11.2019)
concerning the authorisation of a phenylmethanethiol, benzyl methyl sulfide, sec-pentylthiophene, tridec-2-enal, 12-methyltridecanal, 2,5-dimethylphenol, hexa-2(trans),4(trans)-dienal and 2-ethyl-4-hydroxy-5-methyl-3(2H)-furanone as feed additives for cats and dogs.
