Cases
Butterworths Company Law Cases aims to provide broad coverage of all areas of interest to company law practitioners, eg cases arising under the Companies Acts, the Insolvency Act 1986, the Directors Disqualification Act 1986, the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000, as well as other matters of direct concern such as set-off and constructive trusts. The series reports judgments in full, including some which, because of their length, might not otherwise have been reported at all, and provides headnotes summarising the principles of law applied. Also included are some decisions from the Commonwealth and other jurisdictions of interest to UK practitioners.
