Coverage includes: Selected substantive judgments handed down in the High Court and Court of Appeal and transcripts of judgments delivered orally (extempore judgments). All Supreme Court decisions are digested.

Starred cases (indicated with the symbol * before the case name) indicate that a case will be considered for inclusion in the All England Law Reports and/or one of our Specialist Reports series.

Digests are written and signed off by qualified lawyers.
