The series of law reports, All England Law Reports European Cases, is discontinued with effect from the end of 2015.

All cases reported in the series [1995] - [2015] All ER (EC) are to be found on LexisLibrary as an archive source only.

The All England Law Reports European Cases is a case report series with catchwords, headnotes and transcripts from 1995 to date which will be of interest to lawyers whose work involves any element of European Law. This series reports important judgments of the Court of Justice and the General Court of the European Union, together with the opinions of the Advocates General where relevant, in cases arising from all EU jurisdictions and covering many aspects of EU law.

Cases are presented with catchwords and headnotes summarising the judgments with clarity and accuracy in the long-established All England style, and cross-references are given to Halsbury’s Laws.

PDF case reports are available for download for the entire series.
