The All England Law Reports is a general law report series of cases from 1936 to date. This series comprises judgments with headnotes and catchwords from the Supreme Court, the Privy Council, both divisions of the Court of Appeal and all divisions of the High Court.

Cases are presented with catchwords and headnotes summarising the judgments with clarity and accuracy in the long-established All England style.

The reports contain hypertext links to other All England cases and legislation and cross-references to other major legal works, such as Halsbury’s Laws and Halsbury’s Statutes..

Proofs of all High Court and Court of Appeal judgments reported are approved by the appropriate judges before publication.
