1 Citation and interpretation

(1)    This Order may be cited as the Natural Environment and Rural Communities Act 2006 (Commencement No 4) Order 2007.

(2)    In this Order, “the Act” means the Natural Environment and Rural Communities Act 2006.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

EXPLANATORY NOTE (This note is not part of the Order)

Article 2 of this Order brings into force certain provisions of the Natural Environment and Rural Communities Act 2006 (c 16) (“the Act”) on 1st April 2007.

Article 3 brings into force section 61 of the Act, so far as not already commenced, on 10th May 2007.
