Copyright Database. The Chancery Division held that the defendants had infringed a number of the claimant companies' database right and their copyright in their electrocardiogram (ECG) analysis and reporting system known as 'ECG Cloud'. However, the court held that the infringements were not ongoing and that there was no realistic threat that infringement would be recommenced.
