Contract - Condition - Breach
Contract Condition. The claimant's claim for breach of contract against the defendant foreign exchange and commodities broker, FX, would be dismissed in circumstances where FX revoked a number of trades made by the claimant. The Queen's Bench Division held, amongst other things, that the claimant's trades had been abusive within the meaning of FX's terms of business, and had been correctly revoked by FX.
