Damages Personal injury. The Queen's Bench Division awarded the claimant, aged in her late 20s at the time of the instant hearing, a total of 193,546 in respect of personal injury sustained as a result of sexual abuse by the defendant, her grandfather, between the ages of 10 and 16 years of age.
