The Case

Extradition Extradition hearing. The Administrative Court, in dismissing the appellant's appeal against extradition to Spain to face allegations of drug trafficking held, inter alia, that extradition would not be oppressive and contrary to s25 of the nor would it be a breach of his rights under art8 of the European Convention on Human Rights.
