European Union Public procurement. The General Court of the European Union dismissed the application by a company which operated in the field of information technology and computer technology for an annulment of the decision of the European Commission to reject the bid submitted by the company in response to a call for tenders for the supply of services for the production and dissemination of the supplement to a journal and to award the contract to another tenderer.
