Company Compulsory winding up. British Gas, the defendant, issued a winding-up petition against the claimant housing company regarding unpaid bills. The claimant applied to the Chancery Division for an injunction to restrain the proceedings. The court dismissed the application, on the grounds that there was clearly a debt exceeding 750 that had to be resolved.
