Sentence Custodial sentence. The Court of Appeal, Criminal Division, in dismissing the defendant's appeal against sentence following conviction for two counts of possession of a class 'A' drug with intent to supply, held that the sentence imposed by the sentencing judge had not been wrong or manifestly excessive.
