The Case

Local authority Residential care home. The Administrative Court, in allowing the claimants' application for judicial review, held, inter alia, that the defendant local authority had been unfair and unjust in its investigations which had determined, inter alia, that fifteen allegations of abuse of a number of residents made against various members of staff at the residential home owned by the claimants had been substantiated.
