Disclosure and inspection of documents Order for disclosure. The Technology and Construction Court had previously ordered the striking out of the claimant companies' action and defence unless disclosure was made. The defendant individuals contended that the companies had not complied with the unless order and sought the striking out of the action and the companies' defences. The court held that there had been breaches of the unless order, but that relief from sanctions should be granted.
