The Case

Medical practitioner Professional misconduct. The Administrative Court held that the decision of the respondent Nursing and Midwifery Council to suspend rather than to impose conditions of practice of the applicant nurse had not been adequately explained nor was the reasoning easy to discern and therefore the matter would be remitted for reconsideration.
