Prison Repatriation of prisoner. The offender was convicted by a German court of murder in the course of a robbery, given a life sentence and repatriated to the United Kingdom. On a reference by the Secretary of State for an order under s269 of the the Administrative Court held that the appropriate minimum term that he should serve was 25 years from the date that the German court had passed sentence.
